This is a poorly focused picture from about 1/4 mile away shot through the eyepiece. Anybody have an idea of what this bird "could" be?

Red-tailed hawk? Look's too brownish to be an Osprey.

Harry, I can't tell you for certain. But, I have seen several ospry nests
built into telephone towers in Florida.
