The price for a Lunt 60mm H-a pressure tuned solar scope about equal the price of a SV ED 60 f5.5 plus the Daystar Quark.

I have a SV ED 80 f/7 and will soon have an SVED110. I can't view the whole solar disc with the the the 110 and probably not well with the 80.
Apparently, according to Daystar via Stellarvue, I could view the whole solar disc with the Quark if I use a 25-32 eyepiece with the ED 60.
I won't do terrestrial viewing, but I think that the ED 60 would be a great lunar scope.
Though the Lunt quality sounds tempting and of course there are great lunar viewings available with the 80 and 110, the portability and quality of the SV60 in serving the dual role is even more attractive. It's often cloudy here, and I probably will be spending time on clusters and doubles with the 80 and the 110 so as to best use my limited viewing time.
Solar viewing would be a fun adjunct, but I may not do it much.
Torn, but probably will go with option 2

Interesting dilemma.

My one thought is that even a 25mm eyepiece only gives 13 power in the ED 60, so I think detail would be limited.

A nice 60mm is fun, but you've got an 80mm, which is quite portable and a fair amount more capable.
