Instructions on changing a rating?

I gave good written reviews of Richard Harding but it seems that I touched a one star rating instead of 5. How can I rectify this?
It bothers me slot.

An admin would have to change that if I am not mistaken.

Opposite issue, mirror sold to me revealed as a fake Ostahowski potato chip Strehl 0.5 (Zygo), not by Ostahowski as Terry confirmed to me. I would like to change the rating on Zane Landers who refused to take it back, I sent an email to the address above, waiting 6 days for response, maybe, staff on vacation ?

Solved it..

Well, only half way.
Yes, you can adjust the rating, but if afterwards the seller "unsolds" the item, then deletes the ad, the current system also removes the negative rating which makes the rating system a mockery.
Can somebody bring this to attention of the programmers and Herb ?

Hi - I'm also having an issue related to feedback/ratings.

I just purchased three OTA's from Koji Matsumoto in the past couple weeks - a SP-FL-80s, GP-FL-80S, and a GP-FL-102S and all were advertised on Astromart.

All arrived in good condition but the OTA's have been repainted by 'rattle can' it appears without any mention in the ad - the finish isn't good but they were listed in 'excellent' condition. Only one remains listed - Classified #513407 for the GP-FL-80S (the other two have been removed) and I'm unable to give a rating.

Why not? He's not listed in my 'unused' ratings - perhaps because he contacted me directly via email and they were purchased that way?

I noticed that he has sold many scopes in the past years without any recent ratings received since 2018? Is using a personal contact to arrange a sale the way to avoid a rating?

Thanks.

If you dont respond via an ad there is no flag created for allowing you to post a review. Since you say there is still one of the ads up, respond to it via the button on the ad, that should create the flag that allows you to post a review......Yes I would NEVER purchase without going thru the ratings system.

Thanks for responding - what button on the ad?

Here's the lising: Classified No.: 513407

It says it's sold (it was - to me) - but I don't see anything on the page to allow me to post anything?

Appreciate it!
