Add replies not working

when trying to contact an add it comes up Unable to send message
Also if you reply to an add, for some reason I cannot respond to that individual again if I have an other question. Is this going to get fixed?

I cant speak to the 1st part about unable to send message.....have not seen that issue.

However I know exactly whats happening with the 2nd issue. When you respond to an ad it sets the ratings flag....which you can find under "unused ratings". As long as it exists you cannot reply again. However the seller is supposed to receive the email notice and it is assumed he will respond to you directly via email thus allowing you and he to discuss the rest of the transaction outside of AM.

There is a way to get around this.....go to your "unused ratings" list and delete the rating flag for that transaction. You will then be able to respond to the ad again. Which will again set the rating system back in motion.

same here - I've tried to respond to a "for sale" advertisement for the last 2 days and the web site gives me a message "there was a problem responding to this ad". 

So if you're trying to sell something and not getting any interest, now you know why.

When in your messages, delete the checked messages is not available 

Posted an ad yesterday. Someone was interested in my ad, but they said the response thing was not working for them, so they sent me a private message. I tried replying to the PM, to no avail. So my ad is basically useless.

I am still seeing the same thing.....

People are still not getting my reply when i answer a ad sometimes. So i just have to message them now.

Same here, not getting messages, I get notification by email, I thought if I paid for a service such as a sale's site it would be operated as a sales site.
Not real happy with this at all.
You should fix this, your site isn't functioning and it should not take a special effort by us to make your system work, we are paying to use a service.
Get rid of the rating message, that seems to block everything.
Ratings should be given and asked for at the end of the transaction, not the very first inquiry.
I've got no idea how many people have tried to contact me and given up.
either fix it of refund me.

They should hire professionals to rebuild and maintain it.  They are charging us after all

Reminds me of early microsoft windows, charge too much, deliver a barely usable product

I am still not getting some people’s response to my ads and vice versa. Deals sometimes have to be made over the personal message system.
