PACIFIC NW VIEWERS STAR PARTY

Thought it would be fun to chat with some Astro-Members that may be headed to the "Oregon Star Party". Last year there were 800 folks up there. The dates are Aug. 8-11.

I'll be up there early Thursday with my 10" SCT. This'll be my 4th year up there. OSP has become the highlight of the year. I just hope the fires are under control by then.

John, we will see you there. I am arriving Wed to help out in the setup. Have my 8 inch travel dob, built by Chuck Dethloff. So if American Airlines and the fires cooperate hope to see some great dark skies again. Been there since 96 each year.
