Daytime Alignment

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to align my LX200GPS during daylight hours? My daughter's school wants to look at Saturn and Jupiter during school hours. I don't look foward to setting up at 4:30am to do this. Are there any filters that will help? Or anything else I can do to make finding the planets easier?

What you need to do is find an object on the horizon that is either due north or due south and do an align on that as if it were an object. The staff at the Orlando Science Center dous that to allow daytime viewing with their LX200 12". Reall works well. Once a brigh object is found, further tweaking is possible.
