25 mm MK-70 for deep sky?

Hi all:

Does anyone have any experience with this Konig on a slow scope (mine is f/12, 6 inches MK-67) - especially edge performance, contrast and on-axis sharpness. I want this mainly for deep sky. Also would you know what's the eye-relief on this eyepiece.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

The Astronomical Society of Harrisburg owns the 25 and 40mm U.O. MK-70 eyepieces. (I suggested their purchase, as a matter of fact.) They work very well in our 17" f/15 classical Cassegrain but show a bit of astigmatism in our 12.5" f/6.5 Cave Astrola Newtonian.

The 25mm's eye relief is not as much as you might think. I need to have my eye fairly close to the eye lens to take in the entire field.
