Another question regarding SCTs, the inside of the front corrector plate is FILTHY, can I remove the front cell to clean it? (oh, and the allens holding the front cell on ALSO don't fit any of my keys)
Not a stupid problem

Bob, removing the corrector plate is not hard, but it is something that requires the user to be REALLY-REALLY careful as not to drop it or scratch it.
Also be aware that you must put it back the same exact way it came out, as the primary mirror and the corrector are aligned to each other in a particular position. (look for a mark on the corrector edge and the OTA support ring. If there's none, I would recommend you make a small mark so that you can align them when putting it back together)
What are you gonna use to clean it up? also be careful about the solution you'll use...
Check this site, and go to the GUIDES area... ASO cleaning.

Good luck!
