Hi all,
I want to buy a telescope and from reading the forums most said stay away from the goto. I was looking at Meade LXD75 SN-6AT with auto controler and also at the Orion 8" model. Can anyone explain the differences? I like the looks of the Meade better than the Orion.

Thanks,

Kevin a new astronomy person
