Reference in The Adjustment & Testing Of Telescope

Does anyone have a copy of Dennis Taylor's "The Adjustment & Testing Of Telescope Objectives?"

If so, would you mind looking to see if it has anything about the 6" Cooke refractor at Vanderbilt Observatory? (Focal length, field of view, anything along these lines.)
