I recently picked up a nice 60mm spotting scope on Astromart for $85.00. The seller informed me that it is a Celestron/Vixen. I am unable to confirm his assertion but I tend to believe it. It has a 25x screw-in eyepiece and came with a 62mm solar filter and a camera adapter with a Nikon T-ring. I live in a very light polluted area, two miles west of DFW airport. The other night I turned the scope on Orion and darned if it didn't resolve the four stars of the trapezium. I'm really having a problem with how good this thing that I bought to use at the rifle range is. It is also a fine digiscoper as can be seen in the attached photo which was taken through a double pane of glass with a 3.2 MP camera.
