Opinion on TSA-102 S

Hello,

I am looking for a 4" Apo, and I have the possibility of to buy a TSA-102S Takahashi refractor,I like know your opinion on this refractor.I am visual observer.I like know some alternatives for this refractor.

I've not seen the Tak TSA-102, so I can't give you an opinion on that, but one alternative would be the Stellarvue SV102T which is also a triplet f/8 at about the same price. I have the SV102ABV doublet and it is fantastic. I prefer the Feathertouch focuser on the SV scopes to the Tak focuser. The Tak focuser is good (a friend of mine has a Sky90 which I've used), but the Feathertouch is a step up over everything else I've seen.
