Ian refractor

I recently was given a 3" refractor that had no identification markings on it. It came in a wooden box with only "Ian" written on it. inside the box was a index card with the following description:
Focal length (objective) = 24", focal length (ocular) 16.3 mm, Magnification 37 degrees & 30 minutes, field of view = 1 degree & 50 minutes. Limiting magnitude = 11.2

I would appreciate any information about this scope
thanks
Leary

Can you attach a photo of the scope with it's accessories?
That might help to identify the scopes origins. I am guessing it might be a generic Japanese 76 mm refractor.
