I just picked this scope up from Gary Castleberry!
I drove 22 hours round trip(1200miles) for this scope and am very happy I did.
I am still learning the night sky and this scope will help.
I am also not so critical with color abberations at this time and for the price.($650! Great deal!!!)
As I become more proficient with telescopes and upgrade to bigger and more expensive scopes in the future I am sure I will care more, but for now this scope is exactly what I want to get me deeper emersed in this hobby!
I can't wait to learn this scope and to attempt some pictures!
Wouldn't you know I leave with clear skies and wake up to a week's worth of rain!!! LOL
It is OK, gives me time to get a 2" diagonal and some new eyepieces!!! I will need a dewbuster of some sort also as the night is a humid one in my part of the world!
Either way I am excited!
