What is the best scope for imaging DSO's with my ST7 for under $2,000? Right now I'm leaning towards the WO megrez 110 ED APO f/5.95.

That's actually a fairly generous budget for a small refractor! The SV90T is right at $2,000 and has an excellent reputation (though I have never used one). Any of the LOMO 80mm f/6 triplets would be great, though you might need a field flattener even with the ST7. The optics can be purchased in A&M tubes, APM tubes, Stellarvue tubes, and sometimes in William Optics tubes. I believe the Stellarvue version is around $1,800. The William Optics version (sometimes available from Teton or from APM) is less expensive but the focuser is not as nice as the Feathertouch.

The M-110 is a good choice if you are going to include much visual use since you get a lot of aperture for the money. It wouldn't be my first choice for an astrograph, though, just because of residual spherochromatism.

I'm sure there are other choices as well, but these are some scopes I can recommend from personal experience.
