Hello,

I am looking for a good 3"(75-90mm aperture), I am searching definition, contrast and sharpness in the visual image, not search CA, I am visual observer and like double star, planetary and wide field.

what is best for this, a fluorite doublet, maybe a triplet ED...?

Thanks,

Paulo

There is a TV85 with mount up on Amart that would fit the bill pretty good.

The TMB 80/600 ED triplet lenses are nice.
APM and Teton sell these scopes.
