Dear everybody.
I have in my possession an old black Rusian Intes Micro Maksutov–Cassegrain 150-1500 Alter with one piece mount mechanism attached to it with fork equatorial mount.
My father in law had it for 30 years in his garage
I don't have great experience in telescopes, but i think i know the basic ones!
Is there anybody that happens to own on of these instruments? The quality of its optics must be great since, just with an eyepiece came with it (labeled only (x14) the images of the moon are very sharp.
There are two parts missing.
1) The drive control mechanism for the object focusing and the power adaptor,
2) The cable that connect the power of the telescope mechanism with the diagonal focuser where the eyepiece is placed. I guess that it supplied a light dot probably as a focusing system on the eypiece. I have never seen this mechanism elsewhere.
I was wondering whether there is someone that has information regarding all these and if I can find them somewhere any information on the manual or any tips.
Here are some photos of the telescope.
Thank you so much in advance!
