An MA is a kind of K. Both are three element Kellners.
MA's are supposed to be an improvement over regular kellners, sometimes sporting a bit larger field of view. They are ok designs but really best suited to slower focal ratio's. Plossl's work significantly better with faster scopes IME.

Based on the performance of the Meade MAs I would opt for the standard Kellner. Having said that, IMO, an RKE would be a much better choice than either of the two mentioned.

which ones perform best in your opinion? If I were you, I'd stick them in a scope and decide which ones gave me the better views.

I prefer the standard "K" eyepieces, but its your call and depends on what you see with the telescope you have.
