Hyperion Zoom Question

I just bought a new Baader Hyperion 8-24 zoom and was wondering if this is an issue or not. I haven't had a chance to actually use it yet (lousy weather) but I did hold it up to my eye and looked through it (wanted to see how comfortable and so forth it was) but anyways at the 24 to 20 part of the zoom I noticed 2 really, really small specks of dirt or something near the center of the view. There were 3 and then I kind of banged the eyepiece against my hand and one disappeared. When I zoom to higher FL's they disappear altogether. I lnow the specks are not on the outer lens themselves, so it is inside. I'm wondering what most people would do, return it, live with it, etc. Or is it like a speck of dust on an objective and really isn't going to impact the actual viewing anyways. Just curious as to your thoughts...

Same here. See attached picture. I think they have QC issue. Aside from this, the optics is GREAT !
