I have two old Criterion eyepieces. One is a 7mm "A.R." (achromatic Ramsden?) and one is a 4mm Ortho. The Ortho is in excellent condition and the AR is in very good condition, only some minor oxidation of the brass fitting holding the field lens.

Can anyone provide information on the value of these?

Joe,

I would judge the value of those eyepieces to be in the $25 to $30 range. A dedicated collector of the Criterion scopes (Dynascope RV series, etc) might be willing to pay a bit more.
