I see Alpine has sold out on their current supply of baader 24mm hyperion eyepieces with more reportedly available at the end of October. So somebody out there must have one they can report on, especially if it's used on a fast scope and/or compared to a 24mm panoptic. Anybody?...
Any 24mm Hyperion Reviews?

I bought a pair for binoviewing. With my scopes ( Apo refractors, f/6 480mm, f/6.4 650mm and f/8 790mm)and my eyes, I find that I like them a lot. Some curvature is present, but not overly annoying and minimal Astigmatism. ER is not 20mm as stated...more like 16mm or 17mm at most, but can still be taken in with glasses on...just not as comfortably as my XW's.
Overall....for $99.00, they are well worth it. IMO

I specifically compared 24mm Hyperion and Panoptic in my F8 refractor some week ago (on Double Cluster). Edge correction is good, but not as good as in Panoptic.
Eye relief is much longer in Hyperion, but I find it to be rather a problem than an advantage, as you can see a lot of things around the eyepiece, and the view is less immersive. Some blackout was also seen. Cupping my hands around the eyepiece eliminated these two problems.
For $100 it's a very good eyepiece, but Panoptic is still somewhat better.
