I just bought 2, 15mm Antares, that were said to be "elites" How do i know this if the EP or the box does not say it?

If they are like their close relatives, the Celestron Ultima, they will have multicolored coatings that are quite different from Chinese multi-coated greenish coatings.

They will be one of the sharpest and contrastiest EP's you ever looked through when you view with them.
