Hello,

I have a 20X100 binoculars with 2.5 degree field, but I am looking for a telescope with more interchangeable magnification, maybe more aperture and more "wide angle factor", also I have a Pronto 70 f/6.8 telescope with a good wide angle factor but I think that 70mm are very small aperture, I like observing nebulas, star cluster, Milky Way fields, dark nebulas, star clouds..all with wide angle vistas and more aperture that this marvelous telescope.

Anyone have experience on theme?

Sincerely,

Paul

Hi Paul
Since you are aware of Televue products have you looked into the NP101 f/5.4? A 31T5 Nagler will give you 17.4X and a huge 4.5* TFOV and flat FOV.

I'd check out Orion's 120mm ST refractor. At f/5 with a 2" focuser, it seems made to order!
