I'd like to report a problem I'm having with EZtelescope.com. They make focus knobs and other accessories which some of us LX90 owners already have. I ordered an eyepiece from them in November and paid by Paypal. This was my second transaction with them - the first being satisfactory. After being notified of a delay in shipment, I called and cancelled the order. I have yet to receive my refund or ANY response from them despite numerous emails and Paypal refund requests.
I like their focus knob a lot. I don't like they way they're doing business now. Has anyone else had any recent problems with EZtelescope.com?
