Helix Hercules Single Arm Alt Az Mount Wt Limit?

Based on experience, what is the realistic weight limit for the Helix Hercules Single Arm Alt Az mount? Assuming the scope is balanced, can it handle a 13.89 lb, 32" long refractor with reasonable dampening time? (32" = dew shield extended, tube, 2" diagonal and focuser "dialed" in)

Have been unable to find anything about this mount paired with an OTA of this weight so any comments greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I found my Meade 102ED f/9(15lbs) too much for the Helix Single arm. Maybe for low power views, but at higher mags the vibrations were too much. 80mm refractors were a better match.

FWIW, the 8" Helix fork did better with the Meade 102 , but I now use a Giro 3 which is a bit smoother and with a cw can handle heavier ota's. wink
