If you are an Astromart user and you respond to an ad saying you are going to buy and item, you should honor that offer. Do not say you will take it and then back out at the last minute. Many times other buyers are willing to take the item you want and are turned away due to your committment. This isn't fair to the person selling the item or to the person that would really purchase it. If you are interested say so, and that you'd like more info. Don't commit until you are sure. However, if you tell the seller it is sold, then you ought to stick to that. You don't get to goto and auction, raise you paddle and win and then walk away because you suddenly have a change of heart. True this is not an auction, but there is an intent of contract with an offer and acceptance. Blaming someone for being upset or rating you poorly after you have done this is your fault, not the seller's.
Commit to a deal, stick with the deal!

Agreed!
I have had this happen several times. People commit and then change their minds. In the meantime, I've turned away other buyers. Yes you can always go back, but then people often smell blood and are looking for you to reduce your price.
If you commit then stick to it. I always do!
