Best place to repair EM200?

I bought a used EM-200 USD, seems like the motors dont work.
The Dec motor does nothing, the RA motor, will move east and west, but only in small steps! There is no onwers manaul, so i dont even know what speed this mount will slew.

I dont know if it's the hand control or motors, the drive works fine once i center a object!

Anyone know who can service this mount? Also i wonder if i can refit the higher speed motors with this mount?

Other than the motor problem, the mount looks like new.

I recently sent my 90S mount to Texas Nautical for repair (the DEC axis wasn't turning smoothly) and was pleased with the job they did.
