Provide Seller with Good Rating

To Whom it May Concern,

I just sold an item to a buyer and the buyer would like to provide a rating for the sale.  However, he is indicating that he is unable to do so.  I have marked the item as sold on my end; therefore, what needs to be done on my end to finalize things so they can provide the rating?
