no e-mail notifications

I noticed that I was not getting notified of new ads. I went to my settings page and saw that my selections for notifications had all been removed. I re-selected the ads I wanted to monitor but, I am still not receiving any e-mail notifications of any new ads. My account is up to date and does not expire until well into 2017. This is the first time in many years of using a-mart that this has happened.

There was recently an issue with AM's service provider that led to some problems depending on who your own email provider is so there is a possibility that's your issue. However I believe AM changed providers as a result of the issue so probably not.

In looking at your previous ads they don't appear to have any highlight color like those do that pay support fees. If your support period has expired and you are only operating under the yearly $15 access fee then you wont receive email notifications. Only supporters who pay the additional support fees have the option of receiving email notifications of new ads. If you click on the "support astromart" option at the top right of your screen you will see the different support options which offer various timeframes like 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, a year and lifetime.
