Missing ad after upgrade

For some reason my ad disappeared after an $5 upgrade. Who do I contact, I can't seem to find any information on who runs the site?

Did you put personal information in your ad?

Phone# address etc?

Did you try to put a URL in it?

These will cause them to be DELETED
