How to give a Rating?

As the seller, I received a rating for a recent transaction and want to give the buyer a rating, too.  However, I cannot find where to do so.  I believe that in the past, a 'ratings received' would provide me a prompt to give a reciprocal rating.

1. Open your "My Account" page.

2. Scroll down to "RATINGS"

3. Open "Unused ratings"

You should see it from there......

The usual process is a rating flag gets set when someone responds to one of your ads for both you and the buyer. Since he was able to leave you a rating it sounds like that happened. One thing to keep in mind though, ratings are meant only to be used when there was an actual transaction completed. If the deal didnt work out and no one lost anything other than perhaps got their feelings hurt, using ratings to "punish" someone is highly frowned on by the management here unless someone actually lost something on the deal.

In my case if no actual transaction occurs as either a buyer or a seller, I delete the unused rating from my list of "unused ratings"
