auction clock(s)

Hello all,

I recently tried to bid on an Astromart auction item. The "Time Left" clock showed less than 1 minute, but that should have been enough for a bid. When I submitted my bid, a message come up that said the auction had ended. I have noticed that the Time Left clocks on other auctions can be subtracted from the "Ends" time; the result suggests that the Time Left clock is about 10 minutes behind the correct time.

Do these auctions end at the correct specified time, or when the timer runs to zero? Has anyone else had this problem? Are there instructions for how the auctions work somewhere?

Regards,
Phillip

Hi Phillip,

The same thing happend to me afew days ago and yes it was about 10 minutes behind the correct time. This resulted in the seller missed out on higher bids.

The same thing happened to me.
I sent emails to the appropriate people about a week ago but received nothing in return.
In past auctions I was able to bid in the last minute of the auction clock.
