WHERE did rating link go

I purchases several items from several guys near the end of last year, but due to shipping and then other problems, did not get a chance to post a feedback rating; ALL of which were positive BTW.

However, the links seem to have dissapeared. Does AM delete unused tags at the start of each year? How can I access them, as I would like to provide feedback for the people.
