Last week I purchased an eyepiece from another AM member...I received it on the 15th (Monday). This is the second time that I've bought (without issues) an item from him. Anyway, yesterday, I noticed that he had pulled the rating that he had given me for this transaction shocked The only reason that I can think of for this...is that I've yet to leave him a rating for this sale. I explained to him in an e-mail that it was just received on Monday, and that the weather hasn't been good enough for me to evaluate the eyepiece. I also stated that I never leave feedback until I'm sure that everything is in order, but had every intention of leaving it for him. So far, I have had no response to this email.

Now.... I'm wondering if I should even bother. He could have contacted me to find out why, but didn't. To take this action after just a few days seems very childish :S

BTW...I thought that ratings couldn't be changed after being submitted???

Go ahead and give him a good rating. Then he'll really feel like crap. wink

Geesh...

Got say some people play the ratings game differently than I do. I believe a rating should be given honestly and freely without an expectation of anything in return...

I guess some folks count their ratings, this isn't Ebay though...
