I apologize in advance for this totally rudimentary question: I just purchased something and the seller wants to give me a rating. For the life of us, we can't figure out how he can give me a rating -- can you tell me/us what to click and where so he can rate me?

In the left column over there, you will see thre "Account Menu."

Click on it and look for "My Unused Ratings."

Take it from there.
