Reason for sale: moving to Ohio on Dec. 15th to attend grad school, won't have time or space. May buy smaller scope with money. Need to sell soon, so I've lowered the price!
Celestron CG-11 with Losmandy mount. Bought in '97. In very good condition. $2600 +S&H
But just wait 'till you hear what comes with it:
Polar alignment scope with illuminated star reticle for both hemispheres.
Re-machined dovetail block clamp--fits better than original.
Brand new hand controller. 26 and 16mm plossl (and maybe a barlow or 5mm plossl if I find it).
Variable moon filter.
50mm finder with dim, blinking illuminated crosshairs and dovetail easy release mount.
I'll even give you the big gell cell battery, but it might cost more to ship than is worth.
AND: one awesome 1.25" Lumicon deep sky or UHC filter (U pick).
I'll make myself available for support and advice if you like, too. I'll even email you some astrophotos I took, if you like. I want to find a good home for my great scope. I'd rather not sell these things separately (right now, anyway--too much trouble, not enough time)--but we could renegotiate the price if you don't want something. Goes to first serious taker.
I will also give an amazing deal on my 4" SCT guidescope/companion scope with full Losmandy mounting accessories and piggyback mount. $400 +S$H if you buy it, too. See ad in astrophotography section.
I live near Bellingham Washington.
