This is a complete 10" LX200 mount without the OTA. I purchased this
mount and added my own OTA and now I'd like to encourage you to do
the same. Like the person who owned this superb mount before me, I am
upgrading to a big equatorial mount. This LX200 mount has some very
nice modifications which make it better suited to astrophotography.
The most significant change is the replacement of the nylon bushings
in the declination axis assembly with roller bearings
(see for
details). This modification significantly improves the accuracy,
stability and longevity of the mount. Other adjustments have also
been made which have helped make this a great imaging platform.

The mount is in good condition with signs of use but no dramatic wear
is apparent. All of the electronics are in good working order and the
pointing accuracy is superb. The mount includes the Fork arms, drive
base, hand paddle and tripod. Simply add your own 10" OTA (available
from Astronomics and Anacortes) and you'll have a great system at a
significant savings. I would also be willing to leave my OTA attached
for an additional $900.

I'm asking only $1200 for the mount although I'll consider other
reasonable offers. This is a great chance to build a nice system
with a brand new OTA for way less than retail.

Please contact me with any questions.
