I love this little mount and it's in mint condition, but I have to pay for some photo equipment, and something has to go! This is a very compact, very lightweight (about 5 lbs.), high-quality mount that can track with 2 cameras or a small OTA and counterweight. I've been using it with a modified UO 80ED, and it's worked very well indeed. You can check it out on the Anacortes or Hutech sites.

It comes with an illuminated polar axis finder (the same one Losmandy uses), the original 2.2kg counterweight and a custom 3lb. counterweight (shown), the battery pack and the hand controller (not shown). The tripod is not included, but it will fit on any photo tripod.

Hutech is supposed to be coming out with a DEC motor and autoguiding capacity soon, but even with just the RA motor, it does a very nice job of tracking. See Phil Harrington's very positive review on his Star Ware 3-1/2 site - here's a sample:

"...the Kenko SkyMemo is the best stand-alone Astro-tracking platform sold today. Does it work as advertised? Absolutely!... Bottom line: if you are looking for a compact astrophotographic mount that is small enough to be carried onboard an airline and easy to set-up, give the Kenko SkyMemo strong consideration."

I paid $795 for the mount, $69 for the 2.2kg weight, and $30 for the 3lb. weight. I know it's an oddball item, so I'll let it all go for $650 shipped. You won't be disappointed!

Keep looking up,
