If you have an SBIG STV Deluxe sitting in a closet gathering dust perhaps this may be of interest to you. I am confident that if you do not enjoy this set-up that it would not be hard to turn it into cash. Unlike electronics this equipment will not be obsolete in a year or two. I will trade all of the below equipment for one like new STV Deluxe video camera.See below:
Thanks for looking,
Danny Halstead

I have reluctantly decided to part with my Oberwerk BT 100, as I am just not up to physically moving it around any more. It is not that it is so heavy it is just that I have a progressive bone disease that has finally gotten to the point where using this set-up is just too painful. These binoculars are built to last and as you may know will take any 1.25 eyepiece that you may wish to use. Every thing is in all most new shape. The bino's have a tiny 1/8 to 1/4 scratch in the paint that is hardly noticeable. The objectives have not been touched and are clear. The binoculars will come with two sets of Eyepieces giving you approx. 25x and 60x. There is also a case that holds every thing. See Ed Z review of these binoculars on the Cloudy Nights binocular forum. The 3d views of the various objects in the sky are incredible. Along with the binoculars I am also offering the Universal Astronomics Parallelogram mount which is rated for up to 30lbs. This is the Cadillac of binocular mounts enabling the easy use of these binoculars from a sitting or standing position even to zenith with total comfort and stability. I am also including the Oberwerk heavy-duty surveyor’s tripod. Below is the price I paid for all of these items.

BT-100 $1,595.00

Millennium mount-$649.95

Total comes to $2,444.90

I would like to get $1,800.00 for every thing plus shipping. That is $645.00 less than I paid for this set-up. Basically it is like getting the mount for free. Please feel welcome to make offers but lets try to be reasonable as well. Also will trade straight across for a like new STV Deluxe video set-up.
