Robin Casady no longer makes his stainless steel counterweights for the William Optics GT-1, so get these while you can. Each of these weights has rounded edges, a bronze bushing, and a non-rotating brass plunger to prevent scarring of the counterweight shaft. The brass plunger has a stainless steel spring so it retracts when you loosen the thumbscrew. On the stock weights the plunger falls into the bore. and prevents it from going on the shaft, unless the knob is pointed down -- a pain.
These weights are in excellent operating condition. They have a few slight scuffs but no deeps grooves or scratches, and of course they are free of rust and flaking paint. Picture shows a representative example, not actual weight. Mine are thinner (~ 1-1/4" thick).
I have three counterweights available for $85 each + shipping. I will sell individually or as a set -- discount for all three.
