New--- 2" MoonLite refractor focuser has 4.5" of travel and comes in both single and 8 to 1 dual rate configurations. Of course they have the High polish Moonlite finish and look, plus have extreme smooth operation with the inline all bearing planetary reduction unit using large knobs. No backlash and perfect focus action even when set to hold 10 lbs! Right now we offer an interface adapter that fits all the synta 6" brand refractors such as the Celestron 6". The interface adapter provides collimation ability using setscrews and mounting bolts in a push pull system. It also is made very heavy to serve as a much needed counter weight.
No plastic here! The CF1 single rate refractor focuser with HD6 interface and finder dove tail cost $275.00 The Dual rate version cost $375.00
You must order by phone 570-275-7935 , as the new focusers are not on the web page at this time. Please see the astromart review on these new focusers "Moonlite review" - This is the best upgrade to your refractor you could make, fine focus ability and perfect collimation will make your refractor a performer.
Also---High Point Scientific (800- 266-9590) carries the MoonLite CF2 dual rate model in all Black for those of you who may not want the MoonLite Red look.
