For sale: Meade Autostar Suite and LPI Imager, complete. Never used on scope. Reason: they don't tell you this on the package. They don't tell you this in the manual (on CD-ROM). But if your computer is slower than 333 MHz, the camera won't work. This won't work on my 266 MHz notebook which I use at the scope. It will work on my 450 MHz desktop but I can't drag that out to the scope. Meade does finally get around to telling you this _after_ you buy the thing, can't get it to work, and in frustration go to their troubleshooting page on the web (I can't post the link by Astromart rules, but see meade's site, customer support, troubleshooting) which says
For problems, please include the following information
1. Computer Speed (333 Mhz Min)
2. Processor type (PentiumII Min)
3. Memory RAM (64Meg Min)
4. Operating System (Win3.1, Win95, Win NT All will not work)
5. USB port (1.1 Min)

So anyway, I have to sell this, essentially unused. I'll pay shipping within the continental USA. Foreign buyers welcome with Paypal, shipping cost will have to be figured out later but it's not terribly heavy and even airmail letterpost should be quite affordable.
