I purchased this drive used just over one year ago. I have torn the mount down, cleaned the original "lubricant" (and I use that term lightly) out of it, relubed the mount with marine grade lithium grease, installed flexible slo-mo cables, and tuned the gear mesh to work well with my 90mm Mak OTA. The RA drive is a Celestron model for the CG-4 mount. This setup works very well for visual use, as well as lunar and planetary astrophotography. I have never tried to use the mount for any long exposure astrophotography. Mechanically, the mount is excellent. There are the usual paint dings and scratches that you would expect to find on a well used mount, but nothing that would scare people away at a star party. I'm selling to fund an observatory for my LX-200, and to clean out the house a bit.

Included are the mount head, counterweight, wooden tripod with accessory tray, RA single axis drive with hand controller and battery box. If interested in paying the shipping, I'll even throw in an 80mm F/11 Celestron refractor with diagonal. It's not much, but I ain't charging much. This is a great opportunity to upgrade your small mount, put a decent starter scope on your old mount, and make some kid's day.

Price is $250 + actual shipping. Money order preferred, personal check ok once it clears, paypal + fees ok as well. I'll post photos tomorrow.
