Well, here is another item I'm forced to sell due to my job loss. I've lowered the price on this wedge and it includes free shipping!

This is a Meade Superwedge that has been heavily modified (Hot Rodded)by the Mitty Observatory Machine Shop. Please go to the Mitty website for info on what he does to it. I had all of the options done. He also used a new latitude plate that is used on his new "Evolution" wedge.

This is one seriously beefed up wedge and is "very" smooth in its operation. I've had this wedge out in the field twice and I was able to polar align my 12" LX200GPS much easier than when it was stock.

The wedge itself has some minor thread wear where the upper scope mount bolt rode on the latitude plate but it doesn't affect the operation. The compass is missing (I never got it when I purchased it from a seller here) but I find a good compass works just as well. The bubble level is intact.

It will come with all of the mounting hardware as well as a polyethylene sheet that goes between the tripod or pier head.

I'm selling this fantastic wedge for $400 shipped by UPS Ground. I have almost $600 invested in this wedge (wedge was $275, Mitty Mods $300) so this is a great bargain.

I'll accept PayPal and Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order.

Sorry, no sales outside the US.

Please email with any questions.

Thanks for looking!
