SOLD. This scope has rcvd. exceptional care, just a bit over a year old. Mirror is precisely center marked giving the real "sweet spot" which is exceptional in this instrument. With the parabolic primary at f4, outstandingly bright nebular & DSO views to well over 200x, easily gives crisp images of the gas giants w/ quick definition of not just the Cassini div. but the E div. and C is no problem on a steady night. In all honesty, this scope on a 4+ night routinely shows detailed festoons on Jupiter as well as crisply define Io transits and the GRS. I hate to give this one up but have just bought a new Celestron OTA from Gleo Runyon. Comes w/ SVD EQ Mount + CW's, alum. tripod - fast damp time setup on soil,(esp. w/ pads), access. tray, polar alignment scope, 6x30 finder and dovetail mount (I have a white plastic screw in one side of the finder adjustment to orient in the dark - bad eyes), new Celestron Logic Drive (RA, 9v, NS swtch, spd. adjst). Unit is in excellent shape. Asking $550 includes shipping in CONUS for complete setup along w/ 25mm Sirius ocular. Paypal transfers accepted.
Happy Holidays!!
