Hi there! I have a set of nice Vixen/Celestron wooden tripod legs that came with a small Celestron refractor. These are for a relatively light duty application (i.e. small-medium alt-az set-up, lightweight bino-mount, camera set-up, etc.).
Spacing at the top is about 13/16". Could be opened up another 1/2" or so I'd say. Adjustable from 44-48", but could go about 4" lower with another hole drilled in each leg (I could do this for you if you'd like).
Would make a nice upgrade for Celestron Nexstar GT mounts, Meade DS mounts (?) or other shaky aluminum set-ups. Would also be a great set-up for an ETX if you could figure out some sort of top plate. Won't fit standard SP/GP/Synta sized mounts.
$50 shipped obo; legs and mounting/spreader hardware only - no top plate or accessory tray.
