This was Dr. Clays personal scope. I purchased this scope from him last year. This scope came with the following upgrades: the focuser has custom bearings and stainless washers, the primary mirror has custom machined aluminum mirror sled sleeve, the RA has a professional stainless worm gear, and the same for the DEC motor assembly. The motherboard has two library cards, a $450 upgrade over the stock items. The drives are absolutely perfect in every way. Dr. Clay spent about three months custom tuning and calibrating this scope both optically and mechanically. It is THE Supercharged scope to compare all others with.

I have added many accessories, Super Wedge $400 (Upgraded with the help of Dr. Clay), #1206 New Meade focuser $100, New AC adapter $50, New 12-18 Volt Dc adapter $50, Meade Metal dew hood $75, Scopesaver $75, BRAND NEW Meade Shipping box & and NEW foam (Priceless)!!

I also purchased a Mead 416XT-E CCD camera outfit w/hard case, I just used it a few times, comes with a Meade Autoguider w/adapters, and a Meade color filter wheel #616 $2600.00 invested, also a Adaptec 1480 SCSI card $200 (for a laptop use).

Below is a current picture of the outfit.

I will sell the complete outfit $4600.00, + Shipping & Insurance. The total investment is $7050.00, I will consider selling the Meade CCD camera outfit by it's self after the scope is sold.

Any questions please e-mail me, and I have more pics of the setup.
