The lens came from the Black Forest Observatory in Colorado Springs, Colorado, was sold as a 3-inch finder scope for big scopes. It is a lens mounted in PVC tube about 9 inches long and 3.8 inches in diameter, probably weighs about 3 pounds. There is a PVC type connector on the back that can be used to hold an eyepiece or diagonal. I think the focal length is around 13 inches or 330 millimeters, have not experimented with it for quite some time, that is what I remember. To focus, it needs an extension tube to hold the eyepiece back a little farther.
The lens is somewhat dusty inside but clean on the outside, not damaged or anything like that. I did not need a finder that big so I never used it.
There were no takers before but I must get enough to ship it so send me $20 and I ship it to you, it is already boxed to go.
