This is a 2" low profile helical focuser originally from my 10" Teleport. Almost as low as a Wolanski "low boy" focuser at a minimum height of about 0.8". Rate of turn is 0.25" per revolution. Has about 1" of useful focus travel. Made of tough (non-marring) Delrin acetyl and weighs only 5oz. Mounts with 3 hidden screws from the inside. Would mount easiest on a flat plate, but with the right spacers anything is possible. A neat feature is a nylon snugging screw in the holder that you can adjust to just snug in your eyepieces. With a scope mounted alt-az fashion it can reduce or even eliminate the need to use the thumbscrew(s).
Anyway, it's doing nothing at my place for the forseeable future, and it deserves to be part of a scope.
