I purchased this 20" Obsession from the original buyer last Feb. This is my first telescope and it has been an amazing experience. Put the star charts away and just wander through the universe with this 20" Galaxy primary. WOW!

My wife and I are planning to enter the RV phase of life soon so this scope's main virtue- aperture, has become a size problem for me. If it's not too big for you, then this 20" OBS has an EXCEPTIONAL, probably irreplaceable, 20" Galaxy primary. (For details concerning this particular mirror and photo's of this scope see ad #'s 153665 and 153667.)

In addition to the information in these ad's, I have added three custom covers; one for the assembled scope (a must for outside storage), one for the truss poles, and one for the UTA (Upper Tube Assembly).

This telescope is for sale or trade. If selling, the price is $5000.

If trading, I will consider a smaller but similar quality Dob with a 2" focuser, such as OBS, Teleport or Portaball.

If you are familiar with this scope then you'll understand why I say that the buyer should plan to it pick up in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. (That's a benefit. A day of OJT for telescope care and a night of viewing at 8,000 foot elevation in Colorado skies is worth the trip.)

Otherwise, I'll consider meeting you half-way depending on where you live. I am a one (long) day drive from DFW/OKC (east) or LAX/SFO(west). I'll consider delivering further away for expenses. I am also planning a driving trip to the East Coast (ATL -MIA) in October, so delivery could be arranged then.

Clear Skies-
